About Disability 4 Sport

Disability 4 Sport is an inclusive community club offering adaptive sports and social opportunities for people with disabilities. With around 300 members spread across roughly ten teams, the club provides structured coaching, competitive opportunities and social sessions for participants of all ages and abilities. Regular activities include wheelchair basketball, boccia, adaptive football, seated volleyball, athletics, swimming and table tennis, delivered by experienced coaches and trained volunteers.

Activities and community focus

The club runs weekly training sessions, local competitions and accessible social events to promote fitness, teamwork and confidence. Programs are tailored to individual needs, from introductory sessions to competitive pathways. Volunteers, family members and partners play an active role in creating a supportive environment where sport becomes a platform for inclusion and personal development.
